Metering and payment
How points work
Points track the model work a turn actually uses and are charged when the turn ends; stopped or failed turns are charged for what they used. Editing text, equations and chart data directly doesn't involve the agent and costs nothing.
Education discount
If the space owner's verified email belongs to an education domain (such as .edu, .edu.cn or .ac.uk), subscriptions get 20% off automatically.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars and payments are handled by Stripe. Invoices, payment methods, plan changes and cancellation are under Manage subscription on the billing page.
Pricing questions
What happens when I run out of points?
The agent stops before its next step, and whatever it already changed in that turn is kept as a version. Viewing, annotating and exporting keep working. Buy a top-up, upgrade, or wait for next month's points.
Do unused monthly points roll over?
No. Monthly points are granted at the start of each billing period and whatever is left from the previous period expires; on the free plan they reset on the 1st of each month. Top-up points never expire.
How does the free trial work?
Try any paid plan (Standard, Pro or Team) free for 14 days. When the trial ends, billing starts for the plan and period you chose; cancel before then and you won't be charged.
How are Team seats counted?
Owners, admins and members each take a seat; commenters and viewers don't. The minimum is 2 seats, and the subscription follows as members join or leave. Points are granted per seat and shared across the space.
What's different about yearly billing?
A year costs 10 times the monthly price, so two months are free. Points are still granted every month.
What happens to my documents if I downgrade or cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Back on the free plan, documents over the 3-document limit become read-only: you can still view, annotate and export them, and editing resumes once you delete some or upgrade again.
How do free-plan exports differ?
PDFs exported on the free plan carry a watermark on every page; paid plans don't. The content and layout are otherwise identical.
